Deadlines 

  • Authors Registration Deadline : June 30, 2024

Registration Policy

    1. To be published in the TIME-E 2024 Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted papers MUST register.
    2. One Registration covers only one paper and all others author of the paper may join the conference by virtually.
    3. Authors MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to registrar (secretariat.tim2e@gmail.com) via e-mail.
    4. For author registrations, absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after Jun 30, 2024.
    5. “Member” rates apply to members of IEEE.

Dengan catatan: Harga yang tercantum di atas tidak termasuk ke dalam biaya kegiatan sightseeing/tour pada hari Jumat, 9 Agustus 2024 yang akan dikelola oleh panitia. Sementara biaya pendaftaran dengan tarif regular (non special rate) mencakup kegiatan sightseeing/tour.
